Controlling – monitoring – evaluating

The TwinNet® management software enables the management of lock systems, users and events within a network.

TwinNet® makes it easy to manage your high-security lock systems centrally. Templates for predefined configurations make it easy to set up access procedures and daily operations. The software provides all the functions required for operator and user management and simplifies collaboration with cash-in-transit service providers. Due to its high flexibility, it can easily be adapted to individual customer requirements, such as internal cash handling processes.

Security paired with efficiency

TwinNet® provides you with a constantly updated overview of all lock systems in the network, in online, offline and mixed operation. As the central configuration unit, all data converges here and is seamlessly logged. In addition to alarms, faults are also immediately detected and reported. Together with the possibility of remote configuration of online locks, this also increases the availability of terminals and devices in the network.

All processes in the network can be backed up and evaluated. A user-friendly display provides a complete overview of the entire security infrastructure.
The integration of cash-in-transit (CIT) service providers takes place online, so that no additional telephone calls or lists are necessary. External communication is protected by a firewall.

IT security standards take priority and are regularly checked by external IT security testing institutes such as TÜV Süd Sec-IT. The test procedures include state-of-the-art penetration tests. TwinNet® is also certified by both the banking IT service providers Fiducia & GAD (Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken) and OPDV (Sparkassen-Gruppe).

Offline – but not cut off

The additional TwinPad unit adds on-site management to the lock management system. It enables opening codes and one-time codes to be generated. In areas where networking is not possible, configuration data can also be transferred via chip card, and protocol data can be read out.
