While today a great deal of manufacturing is relocated abroad, the products of INSYS locks come from Germany in every detail. All processes around development, testing, sales as well as service and support are controlled from our headquarters in Regensburg.
The manufacture of our products takes place only an hour’s drive away in Furth im Wald in Bavaria. All production stages are carried out under one roof with modern machinery, from layout and production of circuit boards with state-of-the-art SMD technology to mechanical assembly and complete product testing. Each section is subject to strict controls. The concentration of all operating steps on one production site also offers us the extremely efficient possibility of immediately correcting the process in the event of deviations.
In addition to our internal quality tests, this is also confirmed by regular external inspections: audits by independent testing institutes at regular intervals certify the high quality standard of our solutions.
We keep our word
A large number of successfully implemented projects speak in our favour. Here’s one example:
Following a merger in 2017, the Sparkasse Hildesheim Goslar Peine bank converted almost all its lock systems. A uniform solution for the area-wide administration of around 300 lock systems distributed across 63 branches and 34 ATMs was required. The choice finally fell on our TwinLock® systems in combination with the TwinNet® lock management software.
